Founded by prolific restaurateur & industry veteran Paul Grunberg and Ste Marie Studio principal & creative director Craig Stanghetta, Banda Volpi is the gang behind the farm-to-table Osteria Savio Volpe, red sauce joint Pepino’s Spaghetti House, old world alimentari and wine bar Caffè La Tana, and the upcoming Osteria Elio Volpe.
Folkloric neighbourhood spots one and all, each novel concept tells its own story while being firmly rooted in the Italian culinary tradition of simplicity and freshness, flavoured by way of the local materia prima – using groceries gathered in the nearby lakes, oceans, farms and fields.
Above all else, Banda Volpi celebrates liveliness, warmth and hospitality – guests are welcomed like family and cared for like old friends.
