Batch Gastropub is a modern scratch-kitchen/scratch-bar concept featuring American cuisine and inventive craft cocktails. The original location opened in 2013 in Miami, Florida and a second location opened in 2017 in Delray Beach, Florida. The culinary concept focuses on global flavors, rotating menus, local ingredients and freshness. Batch doesn't believe in frozen or processed foods, and each dish is masterfully crafted in our scratch kitchen. Each dish served features bold flavors, including house blends of herbs and spices, and influences from the beverage program. Batch focuses on modern culinary techniques, trends and consumer demands to ensure it is perpetually on the culinary innovation forefront and that each guest experience is always unique and memorable. The beverage program features unique cocktails, new world wines, and local craft beers. The cocktail program is comprised of house made bitters, fresh pressed juices, house infused liquors, house made cordials, freshly prepared syrups, and even house made sodas. Batch uses a proprietary "Batching" system to create barrel aged classic cocktails, carbonated cocktails served on tap, and other cutting edge cocktails to provide guests with a truly unique, and quality, experience. The wine program focuses on American wines and other New World Wines, and the beer program features over 50 beers, a majority of which are from local breweries. Batch boasts a strong entertainment core focusing on sports, live music, an upbeat atmosphere, and strong promotions. With a dedicated social media team, events team, and intensive marketing efforts, Batch prides itself on being a one-stop-shop for food, drinks, and fun. Batch is open for brunch, lunch, dinner, and late night.
