Built For Us PGH is a grassroots, LGBTQ+ led nonprofit based in Pittsburgh, PA — built from lived experience, radical care, and the belief that queer people deserve to heal out loud.
We create trauma-informed, healing-centered spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals can recover from identity-based harm, navigate mental health challenges, and reclaim joy — through peer support, education, storytelling, and advocacy.
This movement only grows if you help us build it. We’re queer-led. We’re community-rooted. And we need you. There are no corporations funding this, no big grants (yet) — just real people with big hearts and a shared mission.
Healing is revolutionary — but even revolution needs resources. Every voice, every share, every dollar brings us one step closer to something real: a world where queer people feel safe, seen, and whole.
