We are at the beginning of a global shift in electrification, and Caporus technologies contribute to acceleration of that trend. At Caporus we develop technologies to support the electrification of transportation and integration of distributed energy resources on the grid that are at the core of our World’s energy and communications infrastructure. Caporus’ patented technologies enable reliable capacitive energy storage and filtering at the higher voltages and temperatures that next generation high-density power conversion systems require. We deliver products that enable our customers to achieve their electrification goals through innovative use of sustainable materials and processes to meet the increasingly demanding requirements for those power conversion systems. Caporus has support from institutional VC and has also received a total of more than $3M in grant support from DOE and NSF. Following participation in the Chain Reaction Innovations program at Argonne National Laboratory, Caporus is now expanding its operations in Chicagoland and customer collaborations globally.
