CareerSource Palm Beach County

CareerSource Palm Beach County, the nonprofit organization chartered by the state to lead workforce development in the county, serves a region of 1.3 million residents. The organization connects business with talent by providing a comprehensive package of services to help both employers and career seekers. In the last program year, CareerSource assisted 28,000 residents in finding employment ranging from entry level positions to the executive suite, representing a local economic impact of $560 million in annual wages. Specialized services are offered online at our Virtual Career Center or in-person at two Career Centers in West Palm Beach and Belle Glade. The centers offer classes and facilities for job search, career development and consulting along with grants for job skills training – all at no cost to career seekers. CareerSource serves more than 4,300 employers by providing recruitment/assessments/referrals of qualified candidates; space and staff assistance for screening/interviewing candidates; and grants for training employees.
