A partir de septembre 2023, c’est plus de 3 000 tonnes de champignons par an qui sortiront de chez Champ’ionne. Pour cela, un vaste plan de recrutement est mis en place : 80 personnes vont venir grossir les rangs de l’entreprise, sous peu.
Cet investissement représente plus de 8 millions d’euros et devrait également profiter au territoire et à son attractivité.
