Chez La Révolution Champignon, nous cultivons avec amour et respect nos champignons dans nos champignonnières (des containers maritimes et d’anciennes carrières de craies réaménagés). Nos champignons sont cueillis à la main dans une logique circulaire et durable qui respecte la charte éthique de l’agriculture biologique. Notre truc en plus ? Le cœur de pleurote bien sûr ! Revalorisée, cette partie de la grappe de pleurotes devient un super co-produit en s'inscrivant dans notre démarche d’économie circulaire.
Avec notre marque Pleurette, nous déployons le champ des possibles de ce champignon et en faisons l’ingrédient principal de nos produits végétaux.
