Coachange.org is a development practice and was founded in 2003 by Lorenza Clifford. We provide Executive Coaching for Leaders who want to develop and transform, creating a chain reaction in their organisation that matters for the future. We understand how to create phenomenal space for exploring, processing and understanding ourselves, each other and our world; so that people connect and harmonise better and produce more valuable interactions and results. Our approach is relational, experiential, systemic: in a nutshell we work in a co-constructionist frame, informed by research in psychology and neuroscience. You may or may not need to know that! Our mission is to help people become transformational leaders by learning about their context and themselves, understanding their values, patterns, stories and 'shadow'. Their development will lead to increasing curiosity about others, about human systems and about the key principles of groups. As new meaning emerges, as we co-create, more sustainable future ambitions, vision, narrative and voice become possible. Coachange consists of a small core team plus our partners in similar businesses. We use a network approach to provide for our clients at scale.
