Founded in 1988, we started with a small shop in Dublin before expanding into a leading supplier of high-quality, on-trend baked goods for supermarkets, wholesale retailers, and the food service industry. We specialise in gourmet breads, burger buns, and pastries, all fully baked and ready to serve. Our products are made using from-scratch recipes – no pre-mixed bases, just traditional baking methods combined with modern technology to ensure the highest quality.
