Convergecom are a service based company specialising in the installation, service and maintenance of Avaya IP Office Telephone Systems. Avaya IP Office is our core product but we also have qualified Technicians servicing most ranges of telephone systems in the SME Space including Alcatel, LG, NEC, Panasonic, Samsung and Siemens .
Our market is primarily to Dealers and Carriers as there technical resource but we do also have our own direct customer base we service as well. We do not activley sell or have salesmen, as service is our market and we do it well
We are essentially technicians for hire so if you need reliable, professional service with your own or your customers telephone system we can help
All of our Avaya technicians are Avaya certified and also carry the Telecommunications Industry Association Convergence Technologies Professional Certification
