Our developments consist of Multi-Family Apartments (MF), Single Family Homes (SFR), Townhomes (TH), Office Buildings, and Commercial Strip Centers in addition to horizontal Land Development. We've successfully paid our investors and lenders approximately $500MM in the last few years alone.
