Everyone has specific traits that drive how they operate, both as an individual and within a team. These traits can be harnessed to bring out the best in the individual and the team.
First, they must be identified.
I use the assessment platform from Organizational Analysis and Design (OAD) as the starting point. My mission is to help leaders not only understand their own traits, but also those of their team members.
