Hostile Workplace Recovery, LLC provides anti-racist and LGBT affirming education for workplace abuse self-defense and trauma recovery. Utilizing brain neuroplasticity and nervous system regulation exercises combined with culturally-specific multimedia communal practice to support workplace trauma recovery.
Through a combination of neuroscience, somatic practice, employment anti-discrimination law, and wisdom of self-help movements, workplace abuse survivors are supported to determine how best to free themselves from abuse, inventory personal physical and mental health injuries from workplace trauma, and begin the healing process toward post traumatic growth.
Particular attention is paid to BIPOC and LGBT employees whose careers have been interrupted by DEI Backlash. From the C-Suite to the frontlines of businesses, nonprofit agencies, healthcare systems, and educational institutions, chronic workplace stress is common among DEI leaders and if left untreated, can lead to permanent personal and professional damage. People who address racism, sexism, anti-LGBTQ bias, ableism, and religious discrimination in the workplace often experience institutional backlash including workplace bullying, racelighting, and toxic work environments.
