WIP with John Lane & Will Barfield

This (mostly) weekly podcast, hosted by John Lane and Will Barfield, features a new guest in each episode. We'll focus on pinpointing and capitalizing on our Superpowers, as well as understanding their potential downsides (our Kryptonite) when we're under stress. We define our Superpowers and Kryptonite through the Organizational Analysis and Design (OAD) personality assessment survey. Each week, our featured guest will take us inside their personal OAD results, and discuss how those results inform their professional choices. Typically, we'll move through the Superpowers part of the discussion fairly quickly, and spend most of our time discussing real-life, vulnerable moments - and the lessons learned from them. Our motto is #NoHumbleBrags for a good reason: we believe there's more to be learned from true vulnerability than from self-congratulation. We look at those moments of vulnerability as opportunities for growth. After all, every one of us is a Work In Progress.
