Deep Seas is a multi-disciplinary support service based in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide on Kaurna Yerta.
Our supports provide 1:1 support for youth and young at heart seeking extra support in building the connections/relationships that matter most to them.
Whether that's with themselves or with others.
As we are a multidisciplinary service, we focus on a holistic approach of wellbeing to assist in building those connections: looking at the whole of the person. We are able to offer this through 1-on-1 support work and/or wellness workshops.
The difference with our service is our prominent focus on expressive outlets. For me personally, this is through my art which is available for purchase. For others, that may be sport, dance, other forms of art, narrative writing, cooking, board games, video games (or something else I haven't mentioned). All expressive outlets are valid and encouraged.
