DFN Project Search Hull provides internships and employment training for people with a variety of SEND and Autism conditions aged 18-24 who have an EHCP in Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire.
We work alongside City Health Care Partnership, Wilberforce College, Hull City Council, East Riding of Yorkshire Council and DFN Project SEARCH to provide businesses in the area with a new eager workforce that is full of untapped potential.
Lasting an academic year, DFN Project SEARCH Hull works with a select few interns, helping them learn transferable skills and prepare them for employment. The interns complete 3 rotations of real work internships, giving them valuable experience and learning skills necessary for employment.
We work with the interns and local businesses to place our interns in fields they are interested in and would be a good fit for. We are always looking for businesses that would like to offer internship opportunities or are looking to grow their own talent.
