Anyone is welcome at the House of Doughbird. We celebrate the unexpected, the mainstream and anything in between. Our audience is united by one belief: they want to share in the good times, and keep the carbs coming. Doughbird is a friendly place to indulge your creative side. While some curate art or music, we curate flavors to share them with the world. We serve handmade pizzas (like Spiral Ham with shishito peppers, spicy pineapple, and smoked mozzarella), slow-roasted chicken, baked-to-order breads, and savory backyard sides loaded with flavors that have inspired us over the years. Doughbird is a welcoming place with striking bow truss ceilings, a full bar overlooking an open kitchen, and gigantic floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to a wrap-around patio.
