Dr. Ameyo Stella Adadevoh (DRASA) Health Trust is a public health nonprofit organization working to keep people healthy and safe. From education and outreach programs in low-resource communities to training students and health professionals to developing new policies and guidelines, DRASA works with communities, the government, and local and international partners to improve people’s health across the country. Our goal is to build community health ambassadors and a strong, accessible and resilient health system that provides quality care and is prepared to handle emergencies and save lives.
We achieve our mission by hosting and executing health events, conducting training courses, planning for and simulating health emergencies, supporting the government on the development and review of health policies and guidelines, engaging youth and community influencers and helping people practice healthy behaviors every day.
Our core model, which is reflected across all that we do, is to build and equip people. We invest in building health ambassadors and champions who work alongside us as we strengthen Nigeria's health system together at every level.
