Element Engineering and Design Services Ltd is a design office based in Cornwall with satellite offices in Devon and North Yorkshire, specialising in structural design and detailing using the latest 3D Construction Software.
With over 50 years of design and detailing experience our friendly and professional team are always willing to assist with projects of all sizes. Utilising a range of modern CAD systems we are able to offer a complete package from an initial site survey (including 3D laser scanning) through the entire design process including the creation of detailed fabrication packages. We are also able to create highly accurate BIM models with virtual reality walkthroughs.
Previous projects have included everything from Handrailing, balustrades and staircases through to structural and secondary steelwork within schools, hotels, hospitals, the residential sector and even the bulk materials handling and water treatment industries.
We are always happy to work alongside fabricators, engineers, architects and other professionals when required using the latest technology and collaboration tools to ensure all of our information and models are clear and easy to interpret.
