Equity Chambers, BSU

Equity Chambers BSU is a prestigious professional students' chambers founded and operating in the Faculty of Law, Benue State University, Makurdi. The Chambers is continually engaged in Moot, Mock trial, Debate competitions, Quiz competitions and Corporate presentations with the goal of enhancing its members' legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. It was founded to create and have indeed birthed an environment where its members can metamorphose into intellectually sound and highly innovative lawyers who can effectively stand out as excellent 21st Century Lawyers. The Chambers has consistently exceeded the standard of excellence in all of its activities, and its members have excelled in competitions both within and outside of the university. The Chambers have partnered with other organizations and engaged in activities such as awareness campaign on climate change, gender Inequality and good governance and through this process, she exposes her members to a diverse collection of skills in tech, leadership, advocacy and much more. It is regarded as one of the top students' Chambers in the Faculty of Law, Benue State University, Makurdi, and her graduates include well-known figures in the legal profession.
