About LORD DENNING CHAMBERS was founded in the year 1993 as a student Chamber in the Faculty of Law, Imo state University. The student Chamber was created in honor of Lord Denning MR who was not just a revolutionist in the judicial system in the United Kingdom; he was a judge that existed before his time. This is said in the light of the powerful judgments he gave in all aspects of law. He brought tremendous development to common law and equity. At LORD DENNING CHAMBERS, we are united by core-values that include solidarity, freedom, respect, learning, support and justice. This is further established through a commitment of helping members become the best version of themselves in the career of law, becoming team members, team leaders and great support system to themselves and persons around them. Our chamber is not only building best lawyers, we are also building better human beings that will go out in the society and create a niche for themselves and the world will be awe by their achievements and contributions. Our vision is to build a top tier student law firm that we will be proud of. Our mission is to prepare our members for the challenge and excitement of a budding career in law in the service of our community and the world at large because the world is our stage. Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of our members in areas like advocacy, legal research, legal writing, public speaking, leadership, mooting competitions in and out of our school.
