ETH Diversity

ETH Diversity supports the career development of women in the academic environment, including training courses and mentoring programs. It promotes the integration of gender-specific and diversity related contents in research and teaching at ETH Zurich and helps to improve reconciliation of studies or work and family or accessibility at ETH Zurich. Once a year, ETH Diversity prepares an Equality Monitoring Report, which informs about trends in the proportion of women at different academic and non-academic levels. ETH Diversity has a constant exchange with other academic institutions and national as well as international networks to strive for best practices with respect to gender and diversity topics. ETH Diversity is the contact point for all suggestions regarding the improvement of equal opportunities for women and men and also for diversity and inclusion at ETH Zurich.
