About RESC ETH Zürich
#ethzresc Our mission is to contribute towards a society that is inclusive of persons with physical disabilities. We bring people together who share our commitment to this goal. If you or your organisation would like to join us on this journey and become a partner, please contact us. The Competence Centre for Rehabilitation Engineering and Science (RESC) at ETH Zürich is an interdisciplinary network of experts from the science community, industry and service providers, policy makers, and individuals living with a physical disability. We promote a holistic approach towards a comprehensive management of movement impairments from prevention, via treatment and assistance, to inclusion. RESC investigates the implications of movement restrictions in affected individuals, the healthcare system, and society. We do this by linking existing and novel professorships at ETH Zürich, promoting exchange and interdisciplinary research, establishing contemporary education programmes, and by facilitating knowledge transfer.
