LEAD Life Design Lab

LEAD is Campus Skills Development Project is an innovative initiative designed to empower students at Addis Ababa University by enhancing their practical skills and fostering personal growth. In collaboration with Gebeya Inc., i Capital Institute, and the Association for Talent Development Ethiopia, this project aims to create a vibrant learning environment where students can actively engage in skill-building activities. Through the establishment of various clubs as mediums for transformation, participants will have the opportunity to practice and refine their abilities in real-world scenarios. The top 10 achieving students will be recognized as champions of the program, celebrating their dedication and progress. This initiative not only aims to cultivate talent but also to acknowledge and reward the strides made by students, ultimately contributing to a more dynamic and skilled campus community.
