Vision: With EUNOIA, each working family caregiver can benefit from a set of measures, provided by their company, that keeps them on the job, allows them to continue their careers and grow. They nourish their talent and preserve their mental health. Mission: EUNOIA provides corporations and administrations with HR strategies and management tools adapted to family caregivers’ reality. Working with EUNOIA, they develop their talent pool in the long term while strengthening productivity. They also create a management culture fitted to the challenges of longevity. What does working together look like? We bring solutions supporting the French government’s plan for family caregivers announced on October 23rd, 2019.
