Everyday Exploring

Everyday Exploring was set up to encourage the everyday explorer in all of us. hi, we’re Hazel & Luke, We’re the co-founders of Everyday Exploring and a wife-and-husband team, passionate about making a positive difference in the world, helping others to realise their potential and sharing the power that nature and the outdoors has on boosting wellbeing and confidence. We’re both Explorers in Residence for the Royal Scottish Geographical Society, Arctic Guides for The Polar Academy and qualified Mountain Leaders - fortunate enough to have undertaken purpose driven expeditions and adventures across the world, from Scotland to the Sahara, from Antarctica to the Arctic and a few places in between. We’re also professional motivational speakers, working with Speaker Buzz and love taking our audiences on a journey of discovery, leaving them feeling inspired to take positive action in their lives. We help people take steps to achieve their potential and improve wellbeing, through motivational speaking, bespoke guiding and workshops. We’re both fortunate to have experienced the power of the outdoors to transform lives, including our own. Fresh air and time in nature unlocks fresh ideas, builds confidence and resilience and improves well-being. It’s also a lot of fun! When connecting with the natural world - whether it’s a walk through woodlands, climbing a hill, or a long, strenuous expedition - we also re-connect with ourselves and realise we can do far more than we think. We want to help others take steps to achieve their potential and improve wellbeing, through motivational speaking and workshops and, as Mountain Leaders, through guided outdoor experiences.
