EE’s founder, Michelle Lederman has over 15 years of training, course development, coaching, and management experience. Ms. Lederman is on the faculty of the American Management Association, Rutgers and Lehigh University’s Executive Education. Michelle was an adjunct professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business teaching Communication programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels from 2004 – 2012. She further coached faculty on effective teaching skills from 2004 – 2014.
Over the last 12 years, Michelle has assembled an expansive team of subject matter experts, experiences facilitators and certified coaches to continue to deliver the highest quality programs to the ever-growing list of EE clients.
