Flare is a peer support group for anyone & everyone. Mainly for people dealing with mental health issues, trauma, or distress. Flare is ran by people who have their own lived experiences.
Flare is open to everyone regardless of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, disability, and faith.
Flare’s aim is to help people be able to talk about their mental health, overcome personal challenges, gain confidence and be happy with being their most authentic selves.
Flare holds sessions on Discord every Thursday as well as offering one to one support and open 24/7 for those who need support outside of session time.
