Fork in the Road is health counseling firm founded by Sheree Clark. A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, Sheree received an undergraduate degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Masters degree from the University of Vermont. Sheree is also a graduate of the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute and a recognized raw food chef and instructor. In 2010 she was named “Hot Raw Chef” by Living Light.
Sheree combines her multiple talents to teach entertaining and informative nutrition and raw food classes and to counsel people one-on-one to achieve greater health. Through Fork in the Road, she offers lectures, classes, hands on workshops, coaching and consultations in Iowa and nationwide. Sheree has written articles about healthy eating and has made guest appearances in the media.
