Who We Are and What We Offer Fosolm Limited is a local property business in the West Midlands. We are a private company that purchases, sells and manages properties. Our main focus is on providing quality housing for professional workers. We work with many of the businesses in and around Wolverhampton and Telford to house their workers from temporary contract staff to permanent long-term employees. By having many quality rooms available we are able to offer these professionals flexible contract lengths. Renting your house to us There are two main ways that we are able to work with you: Commercial Lease Agreement – this is a standard lease that makes us your main tenant and gives us the ability to put our clients into the house. Rent to Buy – is similar to the commercial lease agreement in that we would rent the property from you for a set period, but we would also have the ability to purchase the property at any time during the rental period for a price set by you. Your house is in good hands Steven Foster & Matt Malcolm the managing directors are accredited landlords with the RLA Residential Landlords Association - membership number: 225936/C and Fosolm Limited is also a member of the TPO The Property Ombudsman - membership number: T03539 who are able to handle any major complaints and issue fines any penalties to us, effectively they are our regulator. How we get paid We do not charge you any fees. In fact, we pay you! You get a fixed monthly rent for the lease of your property. This amount is guaranteed whether we have full occupancy or not – so you don’t have to worry about voids. We make our profits from our clients and the tenants. By providing them with quality housing at flexible lengths along with professional services during their stay they are willing to pay a premium, which covers our costs and provides us with a profit. This way you get the monthly amount you want and we take anything above that amount after bills.
