Frontera Technology Ventures (“FTV”) is a Houston-based investment and advisory firm focused on growth stage technology companies. FTV’s parent company was founded in 1991 and has worked with and held ownership positions in companies of varying size in numerous industries over that period. FTV advises growth-stage technology companies in the areas of marketing, regulatory, financial, operating, management, strategic planning, structure & fundraising, investor relations, and negotiations. FTV holds equity stakes in some of its portfolio clients. FTV also mentors growth-stage technology companies at established accelerators like the Houston Technology Center and Station Houston. FTV is a limited partner in Station Houston LLC and an investing partner of Station Ventures.
