Geoinformatics@SU

Specializing in the "science of where", we host programmes in GeoInformatics that combine the science of geography with Geographical Information Technology and Computer Science or Socio-Informatics. A BSc degree, followed by a one-year BSc Honours degree in GeoInformatics, can be accredited by the South African Geomatics Profession Act and/or the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions. BSc Honours can lead to postgraduate Masters’ and PhD studies.
