Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark (GLA:D®) is a standardized and individualized education and exercise treatment solution for people who experience symptoms associated with hip and knee osteoarthritis and low back pain. GLA:D® offers clinician-training in a treatment program based on international clinical guidelines. GLA:D® has been shown to decrease pain, improve physical function, reduce medication use, and increase physical activity levels.
GLA:D® is a not-for-profit initiative developed by researchers and clinicians hosted by the University of Southern Denmark and is available in multiple countries around the world.
