GLA:D® staat voor Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark en is een behandelprogramma voor mensen met heup- en knieartrose ontwikkeld door onderzoekers van de University of South Denmark (SDU).
Gebaseerd op het succesvolle behandelprogramma in Denemarken, is het GLA:D® programma voor heup- en knieartrose nu ook in Nederland. Na een succesvolle pilot in de regio Eindhoven-Veldhoven, geïnitieerd vanuit het Máxima Medisch Centrum, kan het programma nu aangeboden worden door alle fysiotherapiepraktijken in Nederland.
