Coaching at the heart of cultural efficacy and a transparent, done with, instructional leadership focussed, aligning with a clear moral purpose - all people can achieve more than they ever thought possible, given the opportunity. Our collaborative spirit is born out of a commitment to the diversity of our teams and our work is focused on releasing the unique potential in each school to reach their goals. Our work is to bring capacity and challenge and be part of each journey. We are partners not consultants. We are committed to designing and facilitating change which addresses equity and helps create a more just and fair system for young people. We believe that through open collaboration between our schools and their staff, we are able to build creative solutions to the challenges and opportunities we face. Our job is to facilitate these networks and bring these ideas to fruition. We know that providing leaders, teachers and students with regular coaching from trained peers radically alters their sense of purpose and drive. We believe coaching is a right of all professionals and should be at the heart of performance management strategies.
