Global FIT Enterprises, LLC is a wellness based company that provides facility programming, instructor training, and online coaching. GFE also sells all types of fitness equipment suppplied by Troy Barbell, VTX and USA products as well as FLEXX IT Training branded merchandise. We specialize in providing gyms, country clubs, retirement communities, hospitals and resorts with the most cutting edge fitness routines. We have an essential version called FLEXX IT Training that targets the widest demographic of men and women but can still yield a difficult workout for even an advanced participant. WE also offer a FLEXX IT Interval program which offers a high intensity cardio mixed in with heavier tension over time controlled exercises. We have a program for seniors or participants recovering from an injury called FLEXX IT 4 Life. This program focuses on balance, stability, flexibility, stamina, endurance and most of all extending longevity. The last program we offer is rather unique in that it is sports specific. This program is called FLEXX IT Rotation and trains specific rotational movements that will improve the performance actions of participants in sports such as tennis, golf, baseball, softball, hockey, lacrosse and martial arts.
