Together with our partner companies, HighView offers students exposure to promising career paths, along with 1:1 mentorship, social capital and professional development workshops that help set them up for lifelong success.
Our forward-thinking partner companies help shrink historic achievement gaps while creating lucrative professional opportunities (and social mobility) for motivated students from under-resourced communities. Through our mentorship pairings and volunteer presenters, employees are able to make a tangible community impact in an ongoing manner, thereby increasing employee engagement & retention.
