About Good Constructions

Good Constructions was established by Jolyon and Jayne Good in 1995. For over 25 years, we specialised in the building and renovation of high-end custom homes and commercial projects throughout Melbourne and on the Mornington Peninsula. Our experience building high end architectural homes has given us a solid foundation on which to build our Retirement Living business. The Good Constructions team has built up the technical expertise learned from complex builds and managing large multifaceted projects. We began working with retirement living & aged care operators and managers in 2015. This is now the sole focus of our business which operates throughout Victoria, South Australia and NSW.
