What we do? We use our platform, connections/network and experience to support, inspire and guide Latin (origin) women.
Why Latin? According to the FQ, Latin women have the largest salary gap in the USA - our assumption is that this is not different in other places.
We give back, so the next generation will see this gap closer sooner.
Founded by Patricia Corsi, in August 2023, who decided to invite high caliber Brazilian and Mexican leaders as founding members: Renata Ferraiolo, Carla Eboli, Juliana Furlan, Tharyn Estevez, Ana Moises, Laura Chiavone, Alicia, Andrea Faccio, Andrea Siqueira, Taide Guajardo, Thais Hagge, Paula Costa, Claudia Contreras and Patricia Nogarolli. All the work lead by this group is pro bono and all its activities and published opinions follow the group ethos guideline and do not represent the different members employers views. Occasionally some members will offer services for free - GL4G does not have any responsibility over those offers.
