HAAPE - Helping Adults with Autism Perform & Excel is an all-volunteer organization striving to improve the lives of Young Adults with Autism.
We are a nonprofit foundation IRS 501(c)(3) dedicated to finding employment for the 80-90% of autistic people who are unemployed or underemployed
We raise funds to support our programs and over 98% of all funds raised are directed or allocated to those programs.
MISSION
The mission of HAAPE is to build and maintain a community of employment support for adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We work together to create and implement innovative approaches in education, development and support to address autism’s unique challenges for sustaining employment.
VISION
HAAPE will continue to promote a society that includes significant employment opportunities for autistic adults.
At HAAPE we want to allow autistics to live independently while we provide ways for them to live their life to the fullest.

SPECTRUMTECH (WWW.SPECTRUMTECHSFL.COM) PROVIDES A TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT CENTER FOR SOFTWARE TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE EXCLUSIVELY EMPLOYING PEOPLE WITH HIGH FUNCTION ASD. SECOND IN THE NATION.
SPECTRUMTECH ALSO OFFERS ADA WEBSITE TESTING AND COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION
HAAPE-BC AVIONIC MAINTENANCE CERTIFICATION
THE PROGRAM IS THE FIRST IN THE WORLD TO INCLUDE AN ADAPTATION FOR PEOPLE WITH ASD. THE PROGRAM IS OFFERED AT BROWARD COLLEGE AS A CERTIFICATION IN AVIATION ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN.
