Peak Case Management Limited provides a personalised approach to Case Management for adults and children who have an acquired brain injury and/or complex traumatic physical injury, spinal injury or mental health problems, typically, as a result of personal injury or negligence. Our philosophy is to maximise our clients potential and well-being by organising help, support and specialist therapeutic interventions to improve our clients’ quality of life and extend their range of opportunities. We aim for our clients to maximise their independence and abilities, so that with appropriate support and rehabilitation, they are able to achieve a level function, as close as possible, to that which they enjoyed before their injury occurred. Being a smaller case management company, we pride ourselves on providing a responsive, personalised service that meets the individual needs of our clients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
