Our services include: • Disability Support We offer disability support services that include capacity building, supported independent living, accommodation, and NDIS core support. We focus on empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life, and our team of professionals provides personalized care to meet their unique needs. • Specialist Disability Accommodation & Housing We offer Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for those participants who are eligible for SDA funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). As well as providing property management services for landlords, investors, and property owners. • Aged Care, Hogan Care’s aged care services provide essential support for quality of life, including transport and personal care. Our compassionate caregivers work with clients to develop personalized care plans.
