Our team is deeply experienced in decades of experience in asbestos, mass-tort and high value insurance issues from litigating coverage matters to acting as an NCC, as well as financial disclosure advice, claims valuation, benchmarking and corporate successorship analysis. Hoke LLC’s recovery record for major corporations is unmatched for a firm its size. Hoke LLC is an insurance “one-stop shop.” We prefer to share the risk with our clients by working on full and partial contingencies and other alternative fee arrangements. Because we are a policyholder-only boutique, we have none of the conflict problems that beset our big-firm competition.
