About Holiroots

We are Paola and Duyen founders and master students of the University of Hohenheim, and winners of the EIT Food Innovation competition "From Leaf to Roots" 2019. Our passion for sustainability and innovation has connected and inspired us to develop Holiroots! What is holiroots all about? Tons of good veggies do not pass the farmers' gate due to aesthetics standards or overproduction. This hurts our environment and farmers.
