Services: - Housing Associations We work directly with housing associations on retro-fit and remedial property management. - Accreditations & Compliance We’re always looking to make sure that we’ve the necessary accreditations required to stay relevant & focusing a lot towards the Net Zero targets set by the UK Government. This will help private landlords reduce their electricity bills but also meet the necessary standards as we look to work with more housing associations and train our current electricians. - London Estate Agents We help London estate agents with proactive and reactive maintenance. - Remedial Electrical Whenever you need something fixing, we’re here to help. We cover most areas within the M25 or zones 1-6 on the tube. - Electrical Property Management We support London Councils and also portfolio property owners with reactive and proactive electrical maintenance.
