The erstwhile Training and Placement of the Institute was rechristened as Department of Human Resource Department in the year 1994 -95 and is headed by one Professor and other staff. To facilitate functioning of the department, a post of Placement Adviser has also been effected from 2016.The Department has its current activities in the following areas : 1. Job Placements of students of the university though Campus and Off-campus selection processes. 2. Internship of students at various industries and research institutes 3. Vacational / Summer Training of the students 4. Grooming up ( Personality/Soft-Skill/ Performance Effectiveness ) Programme for the Students 5. Remedial Training for students. 6. Facilitation for other options : Preparatory programme for competitive examinations and other educational options abroad 7. Industry Interaction Programme / Academic collaborations 8.
