H+W Engineering, Inc. is a full-service consulting engineering firm led by Tom Harmon and Bryan Wayne with over 50 engineers, designers, and drafters. Originally established in 2009 as Harmon & Associates (H+A) and renamed as H+W Engineering, Inc. in 2017, H+W specializes in intelligent, cost effective, and efficient designs. Tom and Bryan first met in college at San Diego State University and started their careers together at an engineering firm in San Diego. After going their separate ways and working for other large engineering firms, Tom and Bryan partnered with a shared belief that client satisfaction comes first on every project. H+W ensures each project receives hands on leadership attention and believes that each job is a chance to build a long-term relationship.
