I am More delivers quality assured alternative provision, coaching & mentoring that empowers young people and start-ups across Devon and Cornwall to build confidence, skills, and aspirations. Commissioned by Torbay Council, Devon County Council, Torbay Virtual School, the Devon, Plymouth & Torbay Careers Hub, independent alternative provisions, medical AP providers, and multiple mainstream schools, we specialise in trauma-informed, relational support that helps individuals grow and create meaningful futures. While our primary focus is working with children and young people through Alternative Provision and EOTAS, we also deliver business and personal coaching for adults and start-up founders. Our commissioned business mentoring in Cornwall has been recognised as best practice, with reporting frameworks adopted as models for other providers. Our Approach We believe in catching people upstream before isolation, disengagement, or self-doubt take hold. We work relationally, celebrating neurodiversity and difference, and creating safe spaces where individuals feel seen, valued, and empowered. All programmes are built around voice & choice and measured using Therapeutic Outcome Measures (TOMs) for clear, evidence-based reporting.
