Iguana was founded to fill a critical gap in the creator economy: operational support. While more than 50 million people identify as creators today, and creator-led brands are expected to generate over $500B by 2027, many creators still struggle to build businesses behind their content. We started Iguana to change that.
After years spent building product, growth, and operational systems in the tech world, contributing to over $11M in revenue, our founder Kayla Gilchrist saw a pattern: creators were driving culture, attention, and influence, but lacked the back-end support to grow like real companies. Most platforms give creators tools to sell. Few give them systems to scale.
At Iguana, we serve as a fractional COO for creator-led brands, whether you’re launching a product, managing sponsors, or just trying to organize the chaos. We help with deal pipelines, product launches, legal coordination, and business infrastructure. For smaller creators, we offer templates, dashboards, and tools that grow with them.
