Inspired by mycelium's vast underground networks, Sharon helps organizations cultivate “living networks” within their structures. She collaborates with HR leaders and executives in industries such as F&B, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech to create agile, resilient programs that grow and adapt alongside the business. Her achievements include leading HR transformation initiatives for major companies like Strauss Group, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Verint, and Perion Networks, integrating advanced tech solutions and creating an adaptable organizational culture inspired by nature’s resilience.
